Deckhand is internal software built and operated by Custom Deck Creations for its own staff. It is not sold, licensed or offered to anyone else, and there is no public sign-up.
Who may use it
Employees and contractors of Custom Deck Creations who have been given an account by an administrator. Access is tied to a company Google account and can be withdrawn at any time.
Acceptable use
- Use it for company work. The customer and financial records in it are confidential business information.
- Do not share your sign-in, and do not export or pass on customer data except as part of your job.
- Everything that changes a schedule, a setting or a permission is recorded against the person who did it.
Connected services
Deckhand reads and writes the company’s own records in JobTread, Google Workspace and QuickBooks Online. Connecting or disconnecting those services is an administrator action, done from the settings screen, and each is governed by that provider’s own terms.
No warranty
This is internal tooling, provided as is. It is maintained on a best effort basis and carries no warranty or service commitment. Figures it reports are for internal management use and are not statements of account.
